We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 10-15% buffer for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For complex patterns like herringbone, a 20% buffer is suggested.
Do you offer samples before I place a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Since marble and natural stone have inherent variations in color and veining, seeing a piece in your home's lighting ensures you are happy with the selection.
How is my order shipped to prevent breakage?
All orders are professionally packed on reinforced pallets and shipped via specialized freight carriers. We use protective padding and shrink-wrap to ensure your marble arrives in pristine condition.
What is your return policy for natural stone products?
We accept returns on unopened, full crates or boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and individual loose tiles cannot be returned. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Do I need to seal my marble or natural stone tiles?
Yes, natural stone is porous and should be sealed upon installation to prevent staining and moisture absorption. We recommend using a high-quality penetrating sealer and reapplying it every 1-2 years depending on usage.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, note it clearly on the driver's Bill of Lading and take photos. Contact our support team within 48 hours so we can process a replacement claim.
