At Marble and Tile USA, we strive to ensure your home renovation projects are perfect by offering a 30-day return window on all unused, stock merchandise. Please note that custom orders and installed materials are not eligible for return due to the unique nature of natural stone and tile variations.

Return Process

    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your original order details.

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer crates or boxes, ensuring all pieces are secured with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.

  • 3.
    Shipment and Logistics

    Arrange for the return shipment using a reliable freight carrier; we recommend purchasing insurance as customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any damage incurred.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned material to confirm it is in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
